After you initiate a claim for your NFT, the transfer claim must be recorded on the Polygon blockchain. During this time you will see "Claim Initiated" on the NFT details page.
If your NFT seems to be stuck in "Claim Initiated" status, this is because the Polygon blockchain network is congested and responding slower than normal. Unfortunately this is out of our control as it is one of the side effects of using any decentralized blockchain network. You can safely close your browser and check again at a later time after the network congestion subsides. You can log back in to view your NFT by visiting the Fanpage Marketplace and logging in again.
When the claim is finalized, you will receive an email from our system to let you know.
